About the Role
Restaurant Sjyen is looking for a passionate and skilled chef to join our team. We specialize in high-quality casual food, with a strong focus on seafood, fresh produce, and locally sourced ingredients. Our kitchen is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a chef who thrives under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and fish dishes, as well as other menu items using fresh ingredients.
Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and productive kitchen workflow.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a seafood-focused restaurant.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking.
