An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join a prestigious luxury hotel in the New Forest. This role is ideal for a passionate Chef looking to develop within a high-end kitchen environment, working across fine dining, breakfast, and banqueting operations.
Situated in the beautiful New Forest and commutable from Bournemouth and Southampton, this position offers the chance to work within a talented brigade while enjoying excellent company benefits and genuine career progression.

As Chef De Partie, you'll support the senior kitchen team while maintaining high culinary standards throughout service.
- Manage your own section within the kitchen
- Work across restaurant service, breakfast, and banqueting
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support the wider brigade during busy services
- Work split shifts including regular weekends
The ideal Chef will have previous experience within a high-end kitchen environment and a real passion for quality food.
- Previous rosette or Michelin experience preferred
- Strong section management skills
- Passion for fine dining and fresh ingredients
- Ability to work well within a busy brigade
- Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic approach
- Able to commute from Bournemouth and Southampton or relocate using live-in accommodation
