As a On\-Call Chef, You’re passionate about creating high\-quality food and take pride in every dish that leaves your section. You work well under the guidance of senior chefs and understand the importance of timing, presentation, and consistency. You're familiar with working across different areas like the restaurant, in\-room dining, bar, and banqueting, and you’re confident following recipes, maintaining stock, and keeping your section running smoothly. Hygiene, teamwork, and professionalism are second nature to you in a busy kitchen environment.

Aboutyou…

• Experience with preparing and presenting food to high hotel standards, ensuring quality and consistency.


• Experience within a luxury hotel is a great asset.


• Cooking dishes as directed by the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chefs and presenting them on time.


• Understanding all menus across restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting areas.


• Adhering to all Danish food health \& safety standards.


• Monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels and reporting any irregularities.


• Following correct storage procedures and assisting with stock rotation


• Helping train junior team members on your section when needed.


• Attending briefings and training sessions as required by kitchen leadership.


• Following the staff rota and carrying out any reasonable tasks as assigned by senior chefs.


• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24\-hour operation.
