SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Continuous improvement \- Implement the QSE strategy within its perimeter \- Audit and diagnose processes and propose preventive and corrective actions where necessary \- Lead QSE communications, in collaboration with internal teams (communications, marketing, human resources, etc.) \- Mobilize and support internal teams to ensure continuous improvement and implementation of action plans \- Train, inform and support internal stakeholders (business tools, awareness\-raising initiatives, etc.) \- Maintain a regulatory watch for its activity (safety, environment, etc.) \- Contribute to the maintenance of QSE certifications within its perimeter Quality \- Contribute to the continuous improvement of its activity (business tools, procedures, etc.) \- Monitor and analyze process monitoring indicators (accidents, customer satisfaction, etc.) \- Ensure implementation of action plans, in collaboration with internal stakeholders \- Carry out internal quality audits and ensure that any necessary action is taken. corrective \- Contribute to the resolution of disputes (customer complaints, etc.), in collaboration with internal stakeholders Security \- Propose and implement tools and procedures to facilitate the reporting o f risk situations \- Monitor and analyze safety indicators (frequency rate, severity of workplace accidents, number of reports of dangerous situations, etc.) \- Support analysis of causes and propose action plans Environment \- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations \- Track and analyze environmental monitoring indicators (emissions, carbon footprint, consumption, waste, etc.), in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION \- Ensure the implementation of the QSE strategy \- Contribute to the maintenance of certifications within the scope of responsibility \- Contribute to the success of audits within the scope of responsibility \- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction within its scope \- Knowing, applying and supporting managers to ensure that QSE rules are strictly applied to internal stakeholders \- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE Diploma(s) and/or experience(s) Bac \+3 to Bac \+5 level in the QSE field and/or significant experience preferred Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s) \- In\-depth knowledge of quality, safety and environmental regulations \- General knowledge of project management \- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems \- Intermediate level of English (B1\) Behavioral skill(s) \- Organizational skills \- Analytical skills \- Ability to summarize \- Interpersonal skills \- Teaching skills \- Responsiveness \- Adaptability
