As Chapter Lead you will work closely with end users, get hands\-on exposure to the major GenAI providers and their latest developments, and collaborate in a set\-up split between Denmark and India—an environment designed for learning fast and building at scale.
Furthermore, you will;
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers specialising in AI, agentic workflows and machine learning.
- Dedicate time to hands\-on development, working on innovative solutions and AI\-powered tools and agentic flows.
- Drive the skill development of team members in areas such as AI, agentic flows and protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to AI engineers and full\-stack developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver business value
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges
- Leadership experience, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
- Experience with building agentic AI solutions and/or machine learning development.
- Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse locations.
- A proactive, self\-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility. Our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.
