Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Specialist to expand our dealer network and drive sales growth across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new dealers and distribution partners.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.


• Conduct dealer visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.


• Support dealers in generating sales opportunities and closing business.


• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.


• Participate in demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or channel sales.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.


• Willingness to travel across Italy.


• Valid driving licence.


• Fluent Italian and professional English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, agricultural machinery, drones, or related industries.


• Existing network within agricultural dealers, distributors, contractors, or cooperatives.

Pay: €22,000\.00 \- €40,000\.00 per year
