To support growth in the French market, we are looking for a Channel Sales Director (M/F) who can combine strategic vision with commercial execution.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead the indirect sales strategy across France. Your role revolves around two key pillars:
1\. Management and Leadership (Team of 4\)
- Lead, coach, and develop your team of Channel Account Managers.
- Define KPIs and drive individual and collective performance.
- Foster a culture of commercial excellence and close collaboration with partners.
- Directly manage a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high\-potential new partners.
- Negotiate framework agreements and ensure high\-level visibility for our solutions with partners.
- You hold a higher education degree and have at least 10 years of experience in indirect sales (Channel) within the IT sector.
- Previous successful experience in managing a commercial team is a plus.
- You are familiar with complex sales cycles and the partner ecosystem in France.
- You communicate effortlessly, have strong negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent English is essential (international context).
