Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you will support digital transformation initiatives by driving user adoption of modern workplace technologies and collaborating with cross\-functional teams in an international and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and execute end\-to\-end change management activities for digital workplace and IT transformation initiatives

Conduct stakeholder interviews, impact assessments, and adoption analyses

Build and implement change management plans using methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR

Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and user coaching sessions

Create engaging adoption and learning materials including user guides, FAQs, presentations, and digital content

Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, communication teams, and learning departments

Support employees in adopting Microsoft 365 solutions such as Teams, SharePoint, and AI\-powered collaboration tools

Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve change strategies

Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure user\-centric solutions and successful adoption

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, Change Management, or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in Change Management or Digital Transformation projects

Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Strong hands\-on experience with Prosci / ADKAR methodologies

Experience managing stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and impact analysis

Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot

Fluent in English and French is a strong asset

Comfortable working in an IT and digital environment with cross\-functional teams

Knowledge of AI adoption initiatives or digital workplace transformation is a plus
