Job Description

We are strengthening our capabilities in Copilot, Automation, and Business Transformation , and we are looking for a Senior Analyst who brings a combination of change management, process understanding, and automation mindset .

Role Overview

As a Copilot \& Automation Adoption Analyst , you will support the design and execution of AI adoption, change management, and process transformation initiatives , helping clients integrate Copilot and automation solutions into their daily operations.

You will work closely with both business and technical teams , contributing not only to adoption activities but also to process analysis, automation opportunities, and delivery operations improvements .

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Copilot adoption and change management initiatives, including communication strategies, adoption campaigns, workshops, and stakeholder engagement, while tracking adoption KPIs and metrics.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver client\-ready materials and support project execution, contributing to reporting, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability building.

  • Identify and implement automation and AI\-driven solutions (Power Automate, RPA, intelligent workflows) to improve operational efficiency and enhance business processes.

  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, supporting initiatives across automation, Copilot, and digital workplace transformation.


Qualification

Key Skills \& Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in change management, adoption programs, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities.
  • Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI tools.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).

  • Experience in consulting or project\-based environments.

  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, or security (basic level).

  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

  • Strong organizational and execution skills.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical actions.

  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast\-paced environments.
