Join a leading Investment Banking Firm as a Change Business Analyst !


Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Business Analyst to drive strategic and regulatory initiatives within a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. This role focusses on delivering end-to-end change across complex front-to-back processes, working closely with global stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Location: London (Hybrid)

  • Daily Rate: Flexible

  • Contract Length: 6 Months

  • Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities
  • Work on the implementation of change projects as part of IB-wide strategic and regulatory programmes

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and SMEs to capture and analyse requirements

  • Develop requirement specifications and user stories to support delivery

  • Partner with IT teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues

  • Support end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements

  • Deliver training and support smooth transition to BAU post go-live

  • Drive change initiatives across front-to-back processes and systems


Key Requirements
  • Proven business analysis experience within an Investment Bank (or IB consulting)

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory change and/or investment banking products life cycle

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence globally

  • Strong analytical mindset with technology aptitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
