CEO Office – Strategic Programmes Manager **

The Strategic Project Manager will work directly with the CEO, leading high\-impact business projects and coordinating initiatives that support the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

ROLE:

Assess, prioritize and resolve key business issues across departments;
Coordinate strategic projects from initiation through implementation and closure;
Partner with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment between projects and organizational goals;
Develop analytical insights and business recommendations to support strategic planning;
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
Contribute actively to company\-wide strategic initiatives and decision\-making processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA is considered a strong advantage;
At least 3 years of experience in strategic projects, consulting, business strategy, or project management roles;
Strong strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem\-solving capabilities;
Ability to perform effectively in dynamic environments while overseeing multiple projects;
Leadership profile with strong collaboration skills and a high degree of autonomy.
