Job Summary
The SYDNI Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of the centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality programmes and services. Duties
- Lead and supervise centre staff, ensuring effective team management and performance optimisation
- Develop and implement programmes aligned with organisational goals and community needs
- Manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, clients, and community members to foster collaboration and engagement
- Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with organisational policies
- Coordinate programme delivery, ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Organise staff training, development initiatives, and programme evaluations to enhance service delivery
- Monitor centre operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to health regulations
- Prepare reports on centre activities, programme outcomes, and operational metrics for senior management
- Proven experience in relationship management, programme management, and administrative functions within a community or organisational setting
- Demonstrable management and supervising experience, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in developing and managing programmes that meet community needs
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to team objectives
- Relevant qualifications or training in management or related fields are desirable but not essential
Pay: £42,000\.00 per year
