We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) in our Head Office in Munich . This is a pivotal and highly operational role, offering a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in retail marketing across a diverse region encompassing 6 countries: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, and Kazakhstan.
As a cross\-functional liaison, you will be instrumental in connecting all departments involved in the operational aspects of our client events or client treatments . You will serve as the primary point of contact for local marketing managers, driving the implementation of strategies for retail and ultra\-luxury event activities. Your ability to be a central reference point for Europe Marketing HQ, CE\&EE Marketing and boutique teams will be key to your success.
Job responsibilities
- Events / Top Clients: Provide crucial support in organizing events and assisting CDMs with client planning
- Team Management: Act as a reliable point of reference for CDMs
- Data: Manage reporting and KPI follow\-up, conduct deep dives into client and business analysis, and proactively propose action plans for Client Development Managers (CDMs)
- CRM: Oversee reporting, KPI follow\-up, and execute strategies defined by the regional marketing manager
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational marketing role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive and solution\-oriented mindset
- Experience in the retail or luxury sector is a plus
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, additional foreign languages are an advantage
