The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day\-to\-day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. This role includes supporting daily request – maintaining the internal guides up\-to\-date. Supporting internal stakeholder by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM\-system and defining the associate process. Performing LEI applications and renewals. Management of form related internal Master\-Data.
YOUR CHALLENGE
------------------
- Create and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with the relevant specialist department, Legal \& Compliance or the Tax Department
- S upport the Client Documentation team regarding bank forms and their handling/processes
- Do clarifications with Legal \& Compliance and other specialist departments
- Do regular publications/adaptations in the internal Team Net or commissioning new or existing guidelines, procedures
- Review end\-to\-end processes in Client Documentation Services for efficiency, compliance, and client experience
- Maintenance of master data for forms.
- LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) Management – application / renewal
- Support Clean\-Up exercises

- Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the client documentation service
- Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements regarding due diligence (CDB)
- Experience handling client database systems such as CRM, CLM, Know your client (KYC) tool
- Experience within a financial institution and sound knowledge of banking practices
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured thinking
- E xcellent written and verbal communication skills English and German, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- Proactive, solution\-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt swiftly to a dynamic, fast\-paced environment
- Proficient user in MS Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint skills
