CCTV Engineer / Property Maintenance Operative

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable CCTV Engineer / Property Maintenance Operative to join our team.

This is a varied role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, alongside general property maintenance, repairs, and labouring duties across our commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.


• Diagnosing and repairing faults on CCTV equipment.


• Running cables and installing associated hardware.


• General building repairs and maintenance.


• Basic joinery, painting, patch plastering, and repair works.


• Assisting with property refurbishments and improvement projects.


• General labouring duties as required.


• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.


• Practical maintenance or construction experience.


• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.


• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.


• Full UK driving licence preferred.


• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work.
