About us: St James’s Hospital is Ireland’s largest acute academic teaching hospital and is based in Dublin’s south inner city. Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.

Purpose of the role: The role of the Catering Assistant is to responsible for meeting the nutritional needs of both patients and staff, following strict hygiene and HACCP food safety Hospital and statutory standards.

Please note: The post holder will be required to work a split shift around our meal service, 07\.45am \- 13\.00pm and back from 16\.30pm \- 18\.15pm.
