You will do so by mainly focusing on:
- Developing sourcing strategies for your suppliers
- Contract management \& negotiationDrive cost reduction initiatives
- Working capital reduction
- Supplier Performance Management
- Deliver Innovation and Sustainability targets
- Able to thrive and drive success within cross\-functional project teams.
- Is a proven self starter that can cope in competitive markets and the challenges it brings. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and gain a lot of energy from work that gives you the autonomy to make a real difference.
- Has strong leadership skills and is able to influence the company’s strategy relevant to their spend.
- Has highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
- Proven experience of developing partnerships both internally and externally.
- Results focused with an ability to translate strategy into action.
- Educated to Bachelor/master’s degree level.
- Minimum 5 years procurement experience in a multi\-country environment .
- English language – business proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of successful projects
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
