</ul></div><h3><strong>About the role and team</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a Commercial Intern to support us scaling a key initiative to drive growth at Catawiki: Catawiki Live. </p>
<p>Catawiki Live amplifies our regular auction dynamics through live streams where sellers and users gather around Live-Shopping format auctions.</p>
<p>As a Commercial intern, you will help build a strong seller lead pipeline for Catawiki Live, conduct seller onboardings, and support in scaling this initiative (seller analytics, providing insights and guidance to sellers towards growth).</p>
<p>You are going to help us generate sustainable revenue opportunities by opening up conversations with new sellers that the Business Development team will work on to turn them into committed and fast-growing sellers. Your focus areas will be experienced Live-shopping sellers across Europe.</p>
<p>You will get to learn about the Commercial function at a marketplace (Sales, Category Management), focused on the early stages of our sellers’ journey. You will be part of the team leading a key growth initiative of a scale up.</p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify, qualify and develop leads through online monitoring, call, email and collaboration with sales representatives and experts</li>
<ul>
<li>Identify and activate high potential leads for Catawiki Live</li>
<li>Onboard new sellers onto Catawiki Live, educating them on how to successfully sell on Catawiki Live specifically</li>
<li>Facilitate a frictionless pre and post-Live experience for new sellers</li>
<li>In cooperation with experts, quickly learn the important characteristics of categories</li>
<li>Move in sync with internal stakeholders to develop growth plans for onboarded sellers</li>
</ul>
<li>Build educational content for the Catawiki Live Seller Academy, about how to sell on Catawiki Live and how to maximize sales through Live auctions</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Who you are </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>You are a bachelor/HBO or master student in Business or related studies </li>
<li>You are enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship </li>
<li>Have prior working experience (e.g. internship or other working experience)</li>
<li>Strong commercial mindset and communication skills</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset and problem solving attitude</li>
<li>A passion for the online industry or maybe have a collection yourself so that you are able to understand the language of our sellers</li>
<li>Familiar with G Suite tools (Google sheet, slides)</li>
<li>Knowledge of online streaming platforms (Twitch, Whatnot, Tiktok, etc.) a plus </li>
<li>Fluent in English and in one other European Language (e.g. Dutch, Italian, French, German or Spanish)</li>
</ul>

Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.</p>
