We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills,interpersonal skills,attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This role will be reporting into the F\&B Manager.

This wonderful hotel has been fully refurbished and features 161 individually designed bedrooms and suites,as well as a range of Food and Beverage outlets including The English Grill Restaurant,The Curry Room Restaurant,The New York Bar,The Palace Lounge and Champagne Bar,as well as 9 well equipped function rooms.

Key Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:

• Take food and beverage orders accurately,ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.


• Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.


• Ensure tables are cleaned,set up to the highest standards,and maintained throughout the service period.


• Engage with guests and provide attentive service,ensuring every experience is memorable.


• Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm,professional attitude.


• A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.


• Collaborative and positive attitude,with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.


• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
