About you

You will possess the ability to establish a rapport and build relationships with passengers and their parents and carers. Having a patient and calm disposition and being emotionally resilient if faced with a difficulty situation, is key for this role. There will be opportunities for you as a Passenger Assistant to support some of this work should you wish to do so and full training will be provided to you.

Experience of working in an educational setting would be desirable but not essential.
