What you'll be doing
As a Food \& Beverage Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly and professional service across our food and beverage outlets.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Serving food and beverages to company standards.
- Supporting conferences, banqueting and special events.
- Building rapport with guests and creating memorable experiences.
- Promoting menu items and upselling where appropriate.
- Preparing and maintaining service areas and mise\-en\-place.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Handling payments and operating POS systems.
- Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to support the guest journey.
- Taking ownership of guest requests and resolving issues wherever possible.
