The Company
Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to Mazak and are seeking a Casting Cleaner/ FLT Driver.
Job Description
- Cleaning & delivering machined castings.
- A hands-on role which is reliant on keeping up with production.
- An eye on quality is paramount.
- Work within a team of production operatives.
- Play your part in promoting positive culture amongst staff by engaging in H&S improvements & kaizen initiatives.
- Have a solid understanding "what good looks like".
- Can demonstrate a self-motivated attitude & can-do attitude.
- Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Have prior experience of using forklift trucks.

- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-15am to 16-30 pm
- Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time.
