Cash & Liquidity Manager (f/m/d)
<p><strong>Your role</strong></p>
<p>In this central role, you will support and shape treasury-related projects and processes across the Group. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal, contributing directly to sound financial decision-making and the optimisation of Group liquidity.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the Group’s liquidity forecasting methodology, governance, and planning process.</li>
<li>Consolidate, review, and challenge rolling 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts across the Group.</li>
<li>Develop the annual top-down liquidity outlook and support long-term cash planning.</li>
<li>Analyse forecast variances, liquidity drivers, and funding requirements.</li>
<li>Manage operational foreign exchange exposures and support the execution and monitoring of FX hedging activities.</li>
<li>Identify investment opportunities and funding needs to optimise Group liquidity.</li>
<li>Prepare liquidity reporting and provide decision support for senior management.</li>
<li>Drive automation, AI initiatives, and the continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.</li>
<li>Support treasury policy compliance and contribute to cross-functional treasury projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you should bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash & Liquidity Management, ideally in an international organisation.</li>
<li>Strong experience in liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and forecast analysis.</li>
<li>A solid understanding of FX risk management and hedging activities.</li>
<li>A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent professional qualification.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.</li>
<li>Experience with Treasury Management Systems and automation or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.</li>
<li>Very good Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.</li>
<li>A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across functions and countries.</li>
