About Appeal Tool
Appeal Tool is an online platform helping people with property tax disputes, tax letters, and related case support. We are growing and looking for an ambitious, organised person to help lead a team that reviews cases, completes tasks, and moves customer cases forward.
About the Role
This role is focused on helping a case support team stay organised, productive, and motivated. You will monitor tasks, follow up on pending cases, track progress, support team members, and help make sure cases are completed accurately and on time.
Previous management experience is not required. We are looking for someone confident, reliable, and ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team tasks, pending cases, and completed work
- Help the team complete more tasks and close more cases
- Track KPIs such as task completion, case progress, response times, and time spent on tasks
- Hold regular team check\-ins and keep the team focused
- Manage breaks, lunches, attendance, and daily schedules
- Identify delays or problems and help resolve them quickly
- Support team members with questions and process guidance
- Report progress and performance updates to senior management
- Help improve systems, processes, and team productivity
We are looking for someone ambitious, organised, and comfortable taking responsibility. You should be willing to learn, motivate others, hold people accountable, and help the team improve.
For the right candidate, we may support you in completing a short certified online course in management or leadership to help you develop in the role.
