We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our Clients Maintenance Team. This role involves a variety of carpentry tasks within Tenants properties,

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs as part of our Maintenance Team.


• Perform both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry.


• Install windows, doors, and door frames, both internal and external.


• Conduct UPVC servicing and installation.


• Execute locksmithing tasks including lock snapping, drilling, and picking.


• Handle various types of fencing installations such as posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels.


• Fit kitchens, build kitchen units, and perform minor joinery tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience within a similar role, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector.


• Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in Carpentry or have a minimum of 5 years proven track record in the field.


• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.


• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.


• Ability to drive and take home a company van.


• Must enjoy working as part of a team.
