What We’re Looking For

• A background in maintenance, caretaking, facilities, or similar hands-on roles


• Flexibility with working hours (schools often need early starts or split shifts)


• Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently


• A valid DBS check – but don’t worry, we can help you obtain one if needed
