Hours: Part time, 18\.5 hours per week

*In this rewarding role,* *you’ll* *build* *trusted* *relationships with* *Carers and* *create* *welcoming* *opportunities for them to share their experiences. You’ll facilitate engagement events and focus groups, develop Carer forums, gather feedback* *and support co\-production activities that influence local services and policies—making sure Carers’ voices are heard where they matter most.*

*You’ll be* *an excellent communicator* *who is* *organised, approachable* *and passionate about participation and inclusion.* *Your* *experience* *may come* *from community development, engagement, health and social care or the voluntary sector. If you can connect with people, encourage involvement and turn feedback into action, we’d* *love to hear from you.*

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential, as the role involves travel across Bury. You will also need some flexibility to work occasionally outside Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
