------------
UCL Careers provides a ‘core’ service for all students as well as ‘local’ careers support for faculties and departments. Such local support is managed by three careers teams that work with faculty groupings.
One of these groupings consists of The Faculties of Arts and Humanities , Social and Historical Sciences, and the Institute of Education (SLASH \& IoE).
As of 2026, the faculties the SLASH \& IoE team supports have a combined total of over 10,000 undergraduate students and 7,000 postgraduate students. These students study a broad range of undergraduate degrees such as Art, Economics, Anthropology, and Early Childhood Education through to highly specialised postgraduate degrees in subjects such as Environmental Modelling, International Public Policy, Creative Health, and Translation and Technology.
