What to Expect
The Sales \& Delivery Knowledge Base team at Tesla is responsible for powering the digital tools and smart agents that support our customer and team experiences across EMEA.
In the role of Career Experience \- Project Manager, Sales \& Delivery Knowledge Base, you will be the central owner and driving force behind the content and quality of our customer\-facing knowledge ecosystem.
You will shape how customers interact with Tesla at scale — from initial interest and configurator guidance through to delivery and handover — ensuring every piece of content is accurate, on\-brand, commercially effective, and compliant. By bridging Sales, Delivery, Product, and Technology teams, you will play a key role in improving conversion rates, reducing operational friction, and maintaining the highest standards across all EMEA markets.
This is a high\-impact role for someone with deep Tesla operational expertise who wants to use that knowledge to scale the customer experience through intelligent, data\-driven content and digital enablement

What You'll Do* Own and continuously improve the quality of the Sales \& Delivery Knowledge Base by analyzing customer interactions, Tesla Assist cases, and performance data to identify inaccuracies, close gaps, and prevent recurring issues
- Drive content excellence by analyzing high\-volume or underperforming topics — including configurator guidance pricing delivery timelines and handover processes — to enhance tool effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Ensure compliance and commercial integrity by collaborating with Privacy Legal and Compliance teams to align all customer\-facing content with GDPR and regional regulatory requirements across EMEA
- Partner with EMEA Sales \& Delivery Project Managers to coordinate knowledge base updates, refine content structure, and enable broader digital tool enhancements that support operational efficiency
- Scale multilingual content delivery by delegating tasks to local Educators and Reviewer teams, while building and training a sustainable, high\-quality review network across EMEA markets
- Proactively prepare for new market launches and product rollouts by reviewing and updating content in advance, and delivering clear, data\-backed updates to senior leadership on progress and impact
- Strong command of EMEA Sales \& Delivery processes and regional market nuances, with a proven ability to identify and close content gaps that impact performance and customer experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset focused on improving self\-serve capabilities, conversion outcomes, and overall commercial effectiveness
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross\-functional projects from planning through execution in fast\-paced, dynamic environments
- Skilled in leveraging data to uncover trends solve\-rate issues and drive measurable improvements in content quality and customer outcomes
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence both frontline teams and senior stakeholders, and a genuine passion for how emerging technology can transform field and HQ ways of working
