• Provide patient\-centered care tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and health monitoring


• Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional requirements are met and dietary restrictions are followed


• Engage in behavior management techniques to support clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments


• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, health status updates, and any incidents or concerns


• Facilitate transportation for appointments or outings by driving safely and responsibly when necessary


• Assist with heavy lifting or physical tasks required for client safety and comfort


• Implement first aid procedures promptly when needed and escalate medical concerns appropriately


• Foster a warm, respectful environment by offering emotional support and companionship during interactions

• Previous experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred


• Proven background in patient care, senior care, or home care environments demonstrating compassion and professionalism


• Experience with medication administration and basic nursing tasks is desirable


• Valid driving license for transportation duties; experience with child or heavy lifting caregiving is a plus


• Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols is essential


• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
