Tp provide reliable, compassionate, and person\-centred support to an individual in their own home. The role involves assisting with medication administration, promoting well being, and undertaking light household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable living envronment.

Responsibilities

Medication support

Administer prescribed medication in accordance with the individual's medication plan

Conduct a brief wellbeing check during each visit
