Pay rate of £13\.45 to £14\.05 Mileage paid at 45p per mile

Job description
As a Care Worker with Cynefin Care you will provide care and support for people in their own homes. Our aim is to enable people to maintain their life in the way they want to even as their need for support increases either through age or illness. In a recent Contract Monitoring report comments from our clients and their families included, *'the care staff are like a breath of fresh air'* and another commented that they *'didn’t know what they would do without them'.*
You will work as part of a small team delivering care and support to a number of people in a local area. You do not need to have formal qualifications but if you have good interpersonal skills, a caring nature, practical skills and common sense then you are already well qualified to succeed in this role. We provide full training before you go out to work and initially you will work with an experienced member of the team to help you find your feet.
