Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individual for the role of Care Support Assistants to provide high\-quality support and care to individuals in various settings of domiciliary care, including care homes, assisted living facilities, and private homes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the well\-being and independence of clients by delivering personalized care tailored to their unique needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive and respectful caregiving.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

  • Administer medication in accordance with prescribed care plans and medical guidelines

  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required

  • Support clients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary

  • Monitor and document health status, behaviour, and progress for care plans

  • Manage behaviour effectively, especially in cases involving dementia or Alzheimer's disease

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well\-being

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards

  • Support with medical appointments, including driving clients to healthcare facilities when needed

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and case management
