Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Part\-time ¦ 33\.5 hour per week
£15\.24/hr (day shifts) ¦ £12\.24/hr (sleep\-in nights) \+ additional supplemental £6\.81 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

Typical shift pattern starts from 4\.15pm to 9\.00am working twice a week, and working alternate weekends.
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
Jenner Court is a Retirement Living PLUS development close to the centre of Cheltenham. It consists of one and two bedroom retirement apartments exclusively for the over 70s. It has some outstanding communal facilities, including a communal lounge and on\-site restaurant and landscaped gardens.

- £15\.24 / hour day rate
- £12\.24 / hour sleeping night rate \+ additional supplemental £6\.81 per sleep shift.
- \+ £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)
- Fully funded Level 3 training in Adult Care (if not already held)

- Level 3 Adult Health \& Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
- Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
