About the Role
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, your role will focus on helping individuals live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily routines, from morning through to evening


• Helping with light household tasks and meal preparation


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Delivering personal care when required


• Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing

At the end of each shift, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’ve positively impacted someone’s day.

Training and Development

• Full training provided — no previous experience needed


• Ongoing support from experienced managers


• Opportunities to achieve recognised NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health \& Social Care

Shift Information

• Shifts typically run between 3\-10\.00pm


• Weekend availability required (alternate weekends possible)


• Roles available across Runcorn, Widnes, and Frodsham
