Full Time Care Coordinator / Out of Hours Support
Oxford House Community Care, located in Farnham Royal, SL2 3AU is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable Coordinator to help ensure that our service runs smoothly for our clients, their families and staff. This is a varied, busy role, based at our offices but it will involve regular travel to Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor. You will have care coordination experience, ideally in home care. You will be involved in all aspects of setting up and managing care packages and coordinating staff rosters and break patterns. The role will involve out\-of\-hours support in the evenings and weekends.
The candidate. What you’ll need…
· 3\+ years working in care, with a minimum of 1 year in a coordination role.
· Ideally NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and time\-management skills.
· Ability to multi task and deal with high pressure situations.
· Technical \- able to use Microsoft office and care management systems.
· Knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
· Full driving licence and access to a car during working hours
