The role:

• Coordinating and managing care staff schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.


• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and care professionals.


• Monitoring care provision and responding promptly to changes in client needs.


• Supporting the supervision of care staff.


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Assisting with on\-call duties as required.


• Working closely with management to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role.


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.


• Knowledge of domiciliary care and relevant care regulations is desirable.


• Proficiency with care management systems and ideally Google.


• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support.


• Must be a driver with access to vehicle
