We are looking for someone to join our team that can work both in the office and provide care out in the community when needed.

\- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
\- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
\- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
\- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
\- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
\- Maintain office supplies and inventory
\-Rota Co\-ordinator
\-Care coverage when needed
\-Support to client Liaison
Skills:
\- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
\- Proficient in data entry and clerical duties
\- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
\- Ability to work in a computerized office environment
\- Typing proficiency and accuracy
