• Monitor and report any changes in the health or behaviour of clients to senior staff


• Maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to organisational policies


• Support clients with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals


• Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to listen attentively and convey information clearly


• Strong organisational skills to follow care plans accurately and maintain detailed records


• IT literacy for documentation and communication purposes


• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respect towards clients


• Experience working within a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining professionalism at all times
