The Willow is a warm, welcoming 11\-bed residential care home in Chesham specialising in dementia and end\-of\-life care. We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistant to join our close\-knit team.
Unlike large care homes, we pride ourselves on creating a genuine home\-from\-home environment where residents are known personally and staff are truly valued.

Your Role
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting residents with meals and daily routines
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Encouraging independence and social interaction
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with the wider care team
- Helping create a safe, happy, and comfortable environment
- Caring, patient, and dependable nature
- Previous care experience preferred
- Experience administering medication desirable
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dementia care experience advantageous
- Valid right to work / visa to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
