Bilton House is a Christian Care home for Older people situated near Bilton village in Rugby

You will join a vastly experienced team at Bilton House, assisting residents with all aspects of care and daily living, as well as assisting our residents to continue to follow their faith.

We are able to offer 35 hours 28 hours or 21 hours, posts will involve working a rota over a 7 day period, and includes working weekends and bank holidays. times range from 7am to 7\.30 am starts to 2pm or 2\.30pm finishes and 2\.15pm starts and 9\.15pm finishes and 3\.00pm start to 10\.00pm finishes we need the flexibility to work either.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering high level care to older people, formal qualifications and experience is not required but may be advantageous.

Starting salary shown is entry level, any candidates with relevant qualifications may be offered a higher starting wage.

current rate 2026/2027

Monday to Friday £13\.47

Saturday and Sunday £14\.82

Candidates are only being sought who are living in the UK at this time.

experience is preferred but not essesstional as training will be given.
