Care Assistant
1\.Assist residents who need personal hygiene, including dressing, undressing, bathing, toileting and incontinence
2\.support residents with mobility problems and physical disabilities and support with the use of adaptions and aids.
3\. Answer promptly nurse call bells, alarms and telephone and treat all visitors with respect and dignity
4\. ensure daily records are kept up to date and in the correct place, complete handover and have effective communication skills, written, orally and be able to use electronic care devices.
5\. report any significant changes to the home manager and any changes in needs in the resident's health and welfare.
6\. encourage the residents to remain as independent as possible.
7\.Assist residents with feeding and drinking throughout the day and monitor their daily intake
8\. Support residents who have behaviours that challenge
9\. To arrange and assist residents with appointments.
10\. Support residents and families with end\-of\-life.
11\. To attend and complete all training provided.
12\.Ensure all health and safety is adhered to and followed.
13\.Provide 1:1 additional support to residents
14\.Must be able to be fluent in written and spoken English
