Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.


• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Follow care plans accurately and report any changes or concerns.


• Maintain clear communication with clients and their families.


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.


• Support clients in maintaining their independence.


• Keep accurate records of care provided.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.


• Qualifications


• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.


• Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but not essential.


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.


• Ability to follow care plans diligently.


• Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.


• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.


• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
