Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care


• Assisting with dressing/undressing


• Meal preparation


• Shopping


• Appointments


• Housekeeping


• Companionship


• Promoting independence


• Support with medication

Your experience isn't essential as we will support you with all the training and development you need to develop with us.

We are an independent provider of community health and social care support. We strive to offer care and support which is tailored to each client's needs. Our person\-centred services support and respect each client's right to make informed choices about the services they require.

Silverwell was founded in 2024 and started in Bury, Greater Manchester.

Our dedicated office team are on hand for anything you need. We have an open\-door policy, encouraging our staff to drop by for a chat and a cup of tea whenever they need to.

The person:

• Caring, compassionate, kind, and enthusiastic about the care you are providing


• 100% committed to helping people and improve the quality of life for vulnerable clients.


• Willing to undertake personal care tasks that include bathing and toileting


• The ability to follow our policies and procedures


• You must have the right to work in the UK.


• Hold a current or be willing to undertake a Disclosure \& Barring Service (DBS) check.


• Car drivers and vehicle owners are essential.

We have positions available in Bury, Central, Tottington, Ramsbottom, Rochdale, and Manchester.
