Right at Home Loughborough is based in the centre of Loughborough and we cover the local area including Charnwood and some villages on the outskirts. You should be based close to, or within these locations, as travel within these areas is required.

What we offer our Care Assistants:

Working hours 7am \- 9\.30pm. Flexible weekly hours between 20\-35 hours per week with the option of overtime.

· Once training is complete: Mon\-Fri : £14\.30 per hour. Weekend rate is £15\.75 per hour. Bank Holiday £21\.45 per hour. Christmas Day/New Years Day\- from £28\.60 per hour. Fuel is reimbursed at 35 pence per mile.

· All induction training is local and paid.

Duties will include:

· Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day, encouraging independence

· Personal care

· Administering medication

· Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

· Shopping

· Housekeeping

· Meal preparation

· Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

· Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to your own car

· Have a genuine passion to want to help others

· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
