Job Summary
Marwood is a small and friendly residential home which provides bespoke home\-from\-home care to 22 residents. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in a permanent position which would be well\-suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Based within the Care Team, you will work closely with our Team Leader \& Senior Care Team to assist with all aspects of resident care. This exciting position offers opportunity to progress into a higher role.

As Care Assistant you will:

• Provide outstanding, person\-centred care to residents


• Develop firm and trusting relationships with residents and relatives


• Contribute to resident care planning and review


• Work in partnership with colleagues \& multi\-disciplinary teams


• Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health \& Social Care
