We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with patient care, monitoring vital signs, providing emotional support, and ensuring the patient's safety and comfort. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to providing quality healthcare services. Supporting with Mental Health \- showing empathy and working with the individual to action and put in place support strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with their daily activities.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support to access the community and attend appointments
- Liase with professionals
- Support with Mental health
