LACURA are looking for dedicated Female Care Assistants to join our growing team supporting clients across the local area.
Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Manchester
Flexible Working Patterns Available
Full\-Time \& Part\-Time Roles Available
Working Hours
Typical Care Assistant shifts include:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm
- 4:00pm – 11:00pm
- 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 4:00pm – 9:00pm or 10:00pm
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person\-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
The role of a Care Assistant is varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Supporting with appointments and outings
- Promoting independence and well\-being
Care Assistant – You
We are looking for Care Assistants who are:

Requirements for the Care Assistant Role
- Female Care Assistant required due to a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Enhanced DBS required (processed through us)
- Right to work in the UK
