Requirements

• Experience preferred


• SVQ 2 or 3 in HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE


• IT skills an advantage but not a requirement

Responsibilities for

• Ensuring the highest quality of care when supporting residents with personal care and activities of daily living


• Assisting residents with waking and bedtime routine


• Assisting residents with oral care


• Assisting residents with limited mobility, using aids provided


• Interacting with residents


• Getting involved with activities with residents e.g. dominoes or arts and crafts


• Supporting residents to enjoy time in the gardens


• Key worker duties for allocated residents


• Support residents with meals


• Updating the Nurse on residents daily input and output
