About Us:

Western Park View Care Home is a warm, welcoming, and compassionate care home dedicated to providing exceptional support and care to our residents, located in a private setting.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. We are currently have Day and Night shifts available. If you have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high\-quality, person\-centered care to our residents.

  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtime support.

  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

  • Supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and well\-being.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements:
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of using PCS electronic record keeping system

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship; therefore, you must already have the right to work in the UK.

Pay: £12\.71 per hour
